Milestone

Our 2025-2026 Roadmap

2025 Mission Roadmap

Acquisition of RCS control technology for the 2026 IREC mission.

: Attitude control of the rocket to reach the target altitude will be conducted using cold gas-based RCS (Reaction Control System).

Team Control

The main focus of development is to build an environment where comprehensive testing of the EKF and P-PID can be conducted.

A significant amount of time will be allocated for gain tuning.

Team Vehicle & Avionics

The design will be carried out based on the specifications of the commercial engine Aero Tech M1845NT-PS.

Consideration of communication and impact force: Ensure that the design does not interfere with communication signals and takes into account the impact force generated during parachute deployment.

Consideration of stability and weight: Stability and weight will be considered to achieve maximum altitude based on the results of structural and aerodynamic analysis.

Road map of 2025 Project

Performance target setting and technical requirements analysis: Analyze the requirements for acquiring control technology for the RCS system.

System design: Design the thruster nozzle and gas supply system, conduct simulations, and perform tests for design verification.

Stability and reliability evaluation: Conduct pressure and thrust tests to ensure stable operation of the system, analyze potential failure factors, and establish preventive measures.

2026 Mission Roadmap

Development of a gas generator-based RCS leveraging the RCS control technology(2025)

Road map of 2025 Project

Ignition control stability
Ensure stability for precise control of the ignition timing of the propellant through electric ignition.

Regression rate and gas output control
Control the amount of gas produced and the regression rate from solid propellant combustion to meet RCS requirements.

Temperature and pressure control
Implement a system to maintain the temperature and pressure of the gas storage tank.

Safety considerations
Establish safety mechanisms to mitigate the risks of overheating and explosion.
